“I Bought A Vampire Motorcycle” |
This is a low-budget, spoof horror film set in a Birmingham suburb. Nick Oddie (“Noddy”) and his girlfriend Kim run a motorcycle courier business (now where have I heard that one before?). One day Noddy buys a new motorbike to replace his old one which has finally expired. But little does he know that the motorbike is possessed by an evil spirit and has a taste for blood! When overcome by its blood lust, the bike has a habit of taking itself off and killing a few Hells Angels.
Michael Elphick plays Inspector Cleaver, a detective who exudes a smell of garlic due to his fondness for garlic sausage, and Anthony Daniels (“C3PO” in “Star Wars”) plays the eccentric priest who is brought in to attempt to exorcise the bike’s evil spirit.
